There can be no greater joy than holding your baby, knowing they are safe, healthy and happy. Their first smile, their rosebud lips, counting their tiny fingers and toes, marvelling at their mini fingernails and being awestruck that your body could make something so amazing. But this is only half the story. Becoming a parent changes not only your body but your mind too.
